What This Project Is
Qualification Visibility Research explores whether some meaningful conditions may remain difficult to observe through conventional operational visibility alone.
Anadyo is the current public artifact identity associated with this work. The current Anadyo demonstrator explores a narrower technical surface within the broader Qualification Visibility research territory.
The current work includes research questions, evaluation preparation, exploratory evaluation design, and a standalone browser-local runtime review demonstrator.
This is an early-stage research initiative.
It is not a product, platform or commercial service.

The work begins with questions rather than claims.
Can a process appear healthy while interpretation remains uncertain?
The research investigates how visible activity and meaningful interpretation can differ.
Can ambiguity persist even when operational indicators look stable?
The project explores whether stability can coexist with conditions that remain hard to observe.
Can reassessment become important before conventional signals clearly surface a problem?
Evaluation preparation examines when reconsideration may become meaningful.
Observation
A Simple Pattern
A system may continue to produce reports, reviews, alerts and operational signals.
Nothing may appear broken.
Yet the conditions that make a decision, approval or continuation meaningfully supported may be changing underneath that visible activity.
This project explores whether such changes can be meaningfully framed, observed and evaluated without assuming that conventional operational visibility is either wrong or insufficient.
This is a research observation, not evidence or proof.
Evaluation
Evaluation Before Explanation
A visibility question does not need to be accepted before it can be explored.
The objective is not to assume that additional visibility exists.
The objective is to examine whether such visibility can be meaningfully observed and evaluated.
No conclusion is assumed before that evaluation.

Future work may include controlled evaluation environments, exploratory pilot activities, and further review of how Anadyo relates to the broader Qualification Visibility research problem.
Anadyo Demonstration
Runtime Review Surface
Anadyo Runtime Review Surface is a browser-local demonstration of how defined relationships between visible operational evidence and their supporting basis can be surfaced as traceable informational/reference output.
The surface is observer-only and informational-output-only. It is narrower than the broader Qualification Visibility research problem and does not carry execution, control or governance authority.
Recognition is not qualification, and qualification is not execution authority.
Pilot Exploration
Pilot Exploration
The existing Anadyo demonstrator provides a bounded browser-local reference surface. Future exploratory activities would separately examine whether additional conditions relevant to the broader qualification problem can be meaningfully observed beyond conventional operational observation.
This stage is intended for structured evaluation rather than product adoption.
